The Stag is an up and coming mobile restaurant that sells a variety of homemade soups, chilis, and chowders. We are getting ready to launch our business in a few short weeks and want you to join our team! We are looking for applicants with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. If you like being on the go and serving good quality food, then this is the job for you!

Statement of the Position:

We are looking for someone with leadership qualities and who is interested in growing their career in the food industry. As we grow our business, there will be opportunities for advancement. This position ranges from $13-15 an hour.

Duties and Responsibilities / Essential Functions: 

1. Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations at food truck.
2. Ensure recipe ingredients are checked for quality on a consistent basis
3. Ensure the kitchen and truck are held to the highest health and sanitization standards
4. Serving and preparing food for customers in a timely manner.
5. Ensuring Customer dining experience is satisfactory. 
6. Respond to customer preferences in a professional, courteous manner.
7. Driving trailer
8. Setting up and closing down business

Required Education, Experience & Competencies: 

1. Self-motivated, results driven, prefers to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
2. Good communication skills and customer service skills
3. Ability to make judgement calls independently when needed
4. Team player with excellent work ethic
5. 5^th Class BC Driver’s license with a clean driving record
6. Experience pulling a trailer 
7. Experience cooking 
8. Ability to work well in a team environment
