Necessary knowledge and skills include:  

• extensive knowledge and ability in regards to carpentry skills, tools and materials,
• reading and understanding blueprints,
• placing accurate orders for necessary materials,
• understanding schedules and completing jobs on time,
• working independently or as part of a team,
• strong attention to detail, and
• good communication skills,

Must have valid driver’s license and clean criminal and driving records, be hard working and reliable.
