As a Housekeeper for MorseLife Health System you will:
* Cleaning occupied resident rooms and unoccupied apartments, to include vacuuming and mopping;
maintaining resident kitchens, bathrooms and balconies; and cleaning fixtures, baseboards, mirrors and
windows
* Cleaning rugs and carpets
* Dusting furniture, woodwork, sills and door panels
* Emptying wastebaskets and transporting trash to disposal area
* Disinfecting equipment and supplies and keeping utility and storage areas clean and organized
* Maintaining cleaning equipment in proper working condition and reporting on equipment or furniture in
need of repair.
Qualifications include:
* A high school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related
experience/training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Ability to follow all safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
* Ability to read and follow all task lists provided by supervisor or residents
* Ability to write routine reports and correspondence as needed
* Effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills

As a Server for MorseLife Health System you will:
* Sets assigned tables in dining room according to standard. Refill condiments as needed.
* Receives guests into the dining room and assists guests to their tables.
* Serves guests in dining room according to standards of customer service.
* Clears guest tables in a dignified manner.
* Washes all dishes and service-ware in the assigned manner. Performs other cleaning
* duties as assigned in dining areas and kitchen.
Qualifications include:
* A high school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related
experience/training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Bell Attendant

As a Bell Attendant for MorseLife Health System you will:
* Responsible for greeting and escorting residents and visitors with a smile, eye contact and a friendly
verbal greeting, using the resident/visitor’s name when possible
* Opens doors and assist residents and visitors entering and leaving property
* Informs residents and visitors of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as areas of
interest and activities
*Transports luggage, groceries or packets, among others, to and from rooms
* Assists residents and visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading
luggage, groceries or packets, among others
* Communicates parking procedures to residents/visitors
* Address residents/visitors needs in a professional, positive and timely manner
* Communicates in an effective and courteous manner with all residents, facility personnel and visitors.
* Provides valet services for residents upon request.
