POSITION SUMMARY
Safely and efficiently assemble components within standard processes, verify work instruction specifications, and package finished product for final delivery, in order to ensure the highest quality products to our customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Follow all company Policies and Procedures, Quality and Environmental Management Systems (QMS & EMS), Kawasaki Production System (KPS) and any other legal and compliance regulations that may apply such as OSHA.
Position, align and affix components for assembly either manually or using hand/air tools or hoists.
Read and follow assembly job standards and other related documents.
Inspect and/or test components and processes to verify functioning of the product or component capabilities, and conformance to customer specifications through visual observation and/or using measuring instruments such as torque wrenches, gauges, and calipers, and documents as required.
Operate, monitor and maintain equipment used in the production process as required.
May transfer products between work areas of plant by hand or using manual or powered industrial equipment.
May rotate through various tasks in the assembly processes.
Communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.
Performs job duties in a safe and appropriate manner as well as follows all work and safety rules including any specialized safety and health training.
Responsible for cleanliness of work area.
