Customer Service Representative
Employer is seeking a motivated, friendly, and energetic person. Needs strong PC and internet knowledge, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Customer service provides information on choosing the best pet door for homes and pets. We place orders or help them to place the order. We also work with customers and dealers to solve problems they may have with the pet doors or installation.
Most of our processes are performed in real-time, so accuracy and attention to detail are of utmost importance.
Position requirements:
Ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills, both telephone, and email
Highly developed office skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting with minimal supervision
Excellent computer skills: Google Docs and Sheets, QuickBooks experience preferred
Good follow-up and follow-through skills
Cross-train for other tasks
Must be prompt and dependable
Familiarity with social media and marketing may be helpful
