Customer Service Representative
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat. Answer and direct incoming calls. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing & availability. Work with internal departments to meet customers' needs. Enter customer orders via phone, fax, email & EDI. Help manage supplies for office. Administrative tasks for other departments as needs.
Qualifications: • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work • Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience.
