Lead Flooring Installer

Must have Commercial/Residential Carpet Installation experience along with own tools as installing will be required. Leading by example so others can hone their skills and become masters in this craft. Projects can be throughout the State of New Mexico.

Primary Responsibilities:

 - Attend All Meetings

 - Ability to read blueprints/construction drawings

 - Ability to do mathematical calculations

 - Ability to lift heavy materials {Carpet/Pad} 

Tile, LVT, VCT, woven, broadloom, base, double stick, Epoxy, Hardwood floor install, hardwood floor refinishing, floor leveling, concrete decorative stain, pattern matching and sequencing experience. Experience burning seams.

- Responsible to properly handle company machinery and power tools

- Work with Project Manager to ensure all products will be delivered and ready for all projects to start on time

- Be onsite to ensure the work flow stays on time that has been laid out for you in team meetings.

- Ensure assigned projects are completed with quality first, while keeping within the budget with staying within        the allotted time 

- Maintain cleanliness of jobsite ensuring all debris is removed daily

- Understanding of all installation practices, products and best way to install products

- Track on-site inventory
